July 16th

Breakfast
*Kashi Waffles (Strawberry flax flavored) with sugar free syrup
*Skim Milk - Rauly, Pulp Free O.J. - Shep

Lunch
*All natural Peanut Butter/Honey/Banana Sandwich on double fiber whole wheat bread with a side of "Pirates Booty". (Pirates Booty is an organic "chip" or snack that comes in many different flavors...we always purchase the veggie flavor b/c it is made with whole vegetables and counts as a serving of veggies.
*Ice Water to drink

Snack
*Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
*String Cheese

Dinner
*Chicken (cooked in crock pot) with organic spaghetti sauce (I cooked gluten free noodles for Chad and I...the kids don't typically eat the noodles).
*Green Grapes
*Ice Water

Dessert
*Homemade Vanilla Cupcakes with chocolate icing and sprinkles on top. YUM! :)
